I’m very fussy when it comes to colour and cut of my hair and normally find I want to micro manage every step of the process.
Well this was a whole new experience for me!
Not only did I feel welcome I felt TOTALLY safe in such clean, professional surroundings.
Not once did I feel put at risk as all members of staff are trained to the highest of standards in “Covid “ procedures.
No corners have been cut in putting their clients safety first.
This is the first time I’ve allowed someone else to take charge of my cut, my colour and just sat there totally relaxed, so much so that I’ve booked my next two appointments as not to be disappointed.

Well what can I say??

After nearly 16 weeks I has my post lockdown visit to see the lovely Sean yesterday. No only did Sean do his magic on my hair, he also made the experience so enjoyable with his chat and humor. Th whole experience was as amazing as it always has been despite the changes that have had to be made with the current situation. Caisters have really got it all sorted in terms of the safety of their staff and customers, whilst maintaining the great atmosphere and service I love about Caisters. The Best

I was so pleased to get my hair cut and coloured after several months of lockdown! Obviously there were a lot of changes in place, but there was the same great service. Darren was well organised with calling clients with their reminder and running through what to expect and the new procedures. Working in healthcare I was very impressed with all the health and safety they had in place. They always have a high standard of hygiene, but it is very much in evidence at this current time. Well done Caisters for all that you do, definitely the best Hair Salon in the area!

Perfect Salon

I'd been with my previous hairdresser for years, even continuing to travel back after moving house twice! So it was a big decision to change to Caisters and I can honestly say I have never regretted it. Laura always cuts my hair beautifully. But more than that, it's an enjoyable experience - everyone is friendly and welcoming, and it's obvious that Laura, Darren and all the staff care about the service they provide. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Best hairdresser ever used

After being disappointed by many different hairdressers over the years I was recommended to Laura at Caisters and have never looked back. She listens and interprets my needs accurately on every visit, and always gets it spot on. Travelling to Caisters takes me over an hour but they are worth the effort every time. Front of house is always friendly, positive and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much. I would recommend anyone to have their hair done at Caisters.

Darren's a Baby Whisperer!

I've been going to Caisters for years, for my highlights, cut and blow-dries. When I was pregnant I was unsure how I would make having a baby work with my appointments. Little did I know that Darren is a baby Whisperer. He got my little one off to sleep twice so I could still have a relaxing appointment! Lo of course was brilliant as usual, and I came out feeling a million dollars with a very happy baby too. What a result all round!

For me Caisters is the perfect Hair Salon, from the friendly greeting from Darren on reception to the fantastic cut from Stacy the stylist. Good location, great atmosphere, wide selection of products, never had to wait, always treated with the upmost respect and curtesy. Never had a bad cut or any complaints, all the stylists are talented and what I find is that the staff genuinely care about providing an excellent service. First time I have been to this salon and it was really lovely. I had cut and highlights by Sean and he was brilliant, he went in to great detail about the cut and colour to ensure my expectations were met and I am more than happy with the outcome. Also the salon itself is very relaxing with a professional but friendly atmosphere I am looking forward to going back.

Amazing hairdressers

I’ve never been good with my hair. Hence why I go to the best to have my hair sorted out. Whether it’s my regular highlight, cut and blow dry appointment every 6-8 weeks or a hair up for an event, I know that by having the reassurance of Caisters I’ll always look my best. Lo is a super star and my regular hairdresser, however due to having such a long waiting list if there’s ever a need for me to try and squeeze in last Minute, all of the stylists are amazing!! Thank you Caisters for everything. Also, unlimited supply of teas and coffees. What’s not to like.

I have been a Caisters client since they opened and would never go anywhere else. The quality of the service is exceptional and the stylists are just brilliant. Darren has all my appointments organised months in advance so I can make sure that nothing comes between me and my Caisters day ! I can only rate 5 stars but to be honest even 10000000 stars wouldn't be enough! :) I had my hair done on Tuesday and I must say they have never looked better! New colour, new haircut... Sean thank you for this transformation, my new lovely hair, thank you for bringing my confidence back. I feel beautiful now and I finally found somebody who is a master in what he does... :) Sean was so patient with me, he explained me everything, being there was an absolutely pleasure and I knew from the beginning I'm in the best hands!

I have been going to Caisters for a few years now. All women know how hard it is to find the perfect hairdressing salon but believe me Caisters is it !! All the staff are warm and friendly and the salon is beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. Over time my hair has been cut and coloured by all the skilled stylists and I have always been pleased with the result. They send text reminders which are very helpful and are open 7 days a week. I had my hair done yesterday {yes, Sunday !} by Sean who has just joined the team....a great cut and colour and attention to detail....and a coffee, good chat and laugh as always.

I tried to book an appointment with Stacey who I have been seeing for years. I was told she was fully booked until the new year which was almost 3 months away. I was offered to see a new man who is on the same level as Stacey. After much deliberation I agreed. What a lovely man and my haircut is absolutely superb. As always I couldn't have asked for a better service. It's a real treat and a pleasurable experience going to Caisters for a haircut. Most highly recommended.

This hair salon is literally amazing! It provides such a welcoming atmosphere which is also relaxing, when I first had an appointment at Caisters I was nervous as a new client but was made to feel so at ease with the modern surroundings & the friendliness of everyone who works there. Darren on reception is extremely helpful with phoning you straight away with cancelled appointments which I highly appreciate! Leanne cut my hair amazingly on my first appointment & i actually loved my hair for once! I went back again this morning & was so excited, I didn't think it could get any better but I was wrong! I experienced my first colour treatment with a top stylist so was very lucky, my hair was a massive mess but Laura sorted it out & made it look absolutely amazing! I am overwhelmed with my hair again & I'm definetly going back there regularly! I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

I've taken my son to have his hair cut at Caisters for the last year or so. I always sit waiting for him rather envious of the ladies having their hair done! Treating myself to a hair cut comes very low down on my list of things to spend my money on unfortunately as there is always something else that needs paying for! I was lucky enough to win a cut and blow dry with Amy in the Caisters Christmas Competition and today I got to be one of the lucky ladies having their hair done! Everyone was so friendly and Amy has done a superb job of making me feel pampered and my hair looks amazing! I will definitely be making sure I indulge myself at caisters more often!

Today was the first time I've ever visited a salon and it was a fantastic experience. I was fairly nervous but the entire team was welcoming and the nerves were quickly put at ease! I've been coming to Caisters for years now and am never disappointed! All staff are extremely competent and friendly - my last appointment was 12 days before my baby was due and I wasn't sure how a salon would feel about the risk of having me there but they were absolutely fine and luckily baby stayed put! Unfortunately I'm now past my due date and no sign! But at least I know mummy's hair is going to be nice and fresh for our first meeting! Thanks guys!

It may be a bit of a trip to Hawkhurst but I highly recommend this salon. Cannot be beaten by any in Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells or the areas around. Excellent service and amazing value for money, especially compared to Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge Salons. Make a day of it. Hairdo in the morning then lunch at Hawkhurst fish farm

I have been using this salon for about 3 years now and I cant recommend it highly enough. I’ve never had a cut or colour that I haven’t loved and I now see Amy who is brilliant but it’s not just the talent of the stylists that make this place so good... the team work together so well... the salon manager can often be seen sweeping the floor or making tea which so often seems a job deemed only for junior staff in other salons. Darren is proactive, seems to remember everybody and the amount of times he has offered to call me if he has a cancellation or to tell me that he can manage to move my appointment forward or backwards depending on what I’ve aked for at the last minute is amazing!

Staff are very friendly

My youngest son is Autistic and doesn't like having his haircut. Caisters staff are very friendly , they have a DVD player that he watched while Sydnee cut his hair with no fuss from him.

Best Salon. Period.

I have been with Caisters for a couple of years now and have never, ever had a less than lovely experience. A trip to the hairdressers shouldn't be a chore and they always turn it into a little treat. I always get a fantastic cut and colour and leave feeling great. The attention to the client is awesome, the salon relaxing - even the great variety of mags are always up to the minute - you'll not find dodgy March 2010 copies flying around in there! ;-) They are all genuinely nice people, doing what they are extremely good at. Family orientated with children welcome, they manage an all- encompassing approach without alienating anyone or losing any top class professionalism. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Caisters for a few years now and I have to say that they are the friendliest bunch of people who always make you feel welcome and at ease. Stacey is my stylist, she is exceptional, listens to what you want, easy to talk to, AMAZING with head massage and extremely knowledgeable. Having said that though, the whole team are fab! Hair done today at Caisters hair lounge in Hawkhurst. Sadly they cannot erase my wrinkles but happily they can straighten out my hair. Always extremely satisfied with the cut and style done by Emilee. Lovely salon, lovely people, brilliant service. Recommend to anyone looking to change there salon.

Always excellent service. All the staff are lovely, friendly people and most importantly, you are sure to get decent haircut/style. Good value too. I've been going for a few years now and would never change. Lovely salon with a friendly atmosphere.

Dynamic Team

I have been using the salon in Hawkhurst since it opened. The most consistently good hair salon i have ever used. I have never been disappointed with my cut/colour with the high quality results often commented by friends. Laura and Darren are a dynamic team who together with their great team of stylist offer a friendly professional service and can rival any top salon.

Highly professional team

A fantastic hair salon run by a talented and highly professional team. Having moved around from country to country lots over the years I have had to move from salon to salon, however having found Caisters 2 years ago I can safely say I wouldn't move salon again and would travel the distance. Its the best cut and service I have ever had.
