Schwarzkopf partners with hair lead Anthony Turner for Ann Demeulemeester SS27 in Paris.
For the Ann Demeulemeester SS27 show in Paris, internationally acclaimed session stylist, Anthony Turner brought the designer’s hair vision to life in partnership with globally renowned colour, care and styling brand Schwarzkopf.
For the Ann Demeulemeester Spring/Summer 2027 show, the hair drew on a mix of archetypes, from goths and punks to emos and prairie-inspired styles, embracing a diverse range of textures, shapes and finishes, and using the models' individuality as a guide. Braids and wigs added variety, creating a hair story that was distinctly character-led.
Anthony Turner explains: “We wanted the hair to reflect each model’s personality and uniqueness, using their natural hair texture and personality to guide us to the end result. We played with different characters and subcultures, celebrating individuality and self-expression.”

- Prep: Section the hair and mist Schwarzkopf Session Label The Thickener or Schwarzkopf Session Label The Mousse from roots to ends until drenched.
- Style: Using your fingers, loosely create a messy centre parting from the forehead to the nape. At the back, take the hair and create a very low, very loose braid; one on each side.
